The Need for Cybersecurity Education is Growing

Cybersecurity education is rapidly evolving – as new threats appear, the tools and techniques needed to secure critical systems keep changing. Every academic cybersecurity program faces similar challenges: the need for qualified and experienced faculty; classes that excite students while delivering up to date knowledge and key skills; and industry partnerships to stay abreast of the changing marketplace.

How Can CWI Help

Schools can expand their course catalogs by offering CWI’s industry-authorized training and certification classes on subjects where the school may not have sufficient faculty or enrollment numbers to conduct a class. Additionally, CWI can supplement existing course offerings by aligning interactive labs that assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities throughout the course. All Cyberworld Institute courses are aligned with the NICE National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework and current DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
